Meet Nicole
I have always had a love for cooking and experimenting with flavors from a young age. As I grew up, I realized that cooking was my true passion and decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts. My husband always tells people "Nicole shows her love with food." Feeding busy families who want healthy, home cooked food as an option has been a vision I have had for years. I'm currently serving the Apex, NC area but my dream is to expand to a commercial model one day so that families can stop buy and get healthy food fast. Thanks for checking out It's in the Fridge.
